Brandon Gdovic, an 18 year old driving sensation, has just completed his rookie year at the legendary Langley Speedway in Hampton, Virginia where he won the NASCAR Whelen Series National Asphalt Rookie of the Year, State of Virginia Rookie of the Year, as well as the Langley Speedway Rookie of the Year title. He completed the year with 7 top 5 finishes and 16 top 10 finishes out of 20 races.

Brandon along with his father Rick Gdovic (www.rickgdovic.com), the only current father and son NASCAR team, and the rest of the Precision Performance Motorsports team were featured in a television documentary about NASCAR short track racing called Langley Speedway: Where Legends Are Born which aired regionally on the East Coast.

Brandon raced in the NASCAR Whelen Series LLM division in 2009 where he took his first win in only his 6th start in a stock car. Later that year he went on to the famed Martinsville Speedway where he took the pole position, set the track record and led the most laps (88%).

In 2011 Brandon and Rick will be competing in the NASCAR K&N Pro East Series which is the feeder series to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the Nationwide Series and ultimately the Sprint Cup Series. The K&N Series includes 12 televised events on the East Coast with races at NASCAR tracks including Richmond (VA), Dover (DE), Loudon (NH), Iowa Speedway, Langley Speedway (VA), Greenville-Pickens Speedway (SC), South Boston Speedway (VA), Gresham Motorsports Park (GA), and others (see Schedule Page).
